SHIPPING POLICY

1. Logistics & Fulfillment Models
Kombucha
operates using a dual-fulfillment system. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items may ship separately and from different locations:

  • Print-on-Demand (Apparel & Accessories): These items are produced and shipped by our third-party partner (Printful). Production usually takes 3-7 business days before dispatch.

  • Direct Artist Fulfillment (CDs & Vinyl): Physical music is shipped directly by the Band from the United Kingdom or Portugal.

     

2. Processing & Handling Times

2.1 General Handling:
While we aim to process direct orders within 5-7 business days, please note that as an independent band, handling times may be extended during touring, recording, or promotional periods.
2.2 No Guarantee of Speed: Any "estimated" delivery dates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are non-binding. Delays in processing or handling do not entitle the customer to a refund or order cancellation.

 
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We use standard postal services and private carriers. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the Risk of Loss transfers to the customer (as per our Terms and Conditions).

 
4. International Shipping & Customs

4.1 Import Duties:
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes (including handling fees) which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.
4.2 Responsibility: The Artist is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned or abandoned, no refund will be issued for the product or the shipping costs.

 
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," the customer must pay for re-shipping.

 
6. Tracking and Loss
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available). If your package is delayed or lost by the carrier, you must contact the carrier directly. The Artist is not responsible for the performance of third-party postal services.

 
7. Order Status
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
