4.1 Fulfillment Models: You acknowledge that items are fulfilled via different methods: Third-party Print-on-Demand (Apparel/Merch) and Direct Artist Fulfillment (CDs/Vinyl). Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
4.2 Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The Artist is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the courier or postal service.
4.3 International Orders: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Failure to pay these fees, resulting in the abandonment or return of the package, will not entitle the customer to a refund.
5. Billing and Account Information
