1. Scope of Service
This store operates under a dual-fulfillment model:

Print-on-Demand (POD): All apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) and accessories are manufactured and fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful) upon order placement.

Direct Fulfillment: Physical music formats (CDs, Vinyl) are fulfilled and shipped directly by the Artist from the United Kingdom or Portugal.
2. Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Accessories)
2.1 Final Sale Policy: Due to the customized nature of Print-on-Demand manufacturing, all sales of apparel and accessories are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "remorse," change of mind, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
2.2 Quality Assurance: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
2.3 Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts provided on each product page. No replacements or refunds will be issued for incorrect size orders.
3. Physical Music Formats (CDs & Vinyl)
3.1 Return Eligibility: Returns for CDs and Vinyl are only accepted if the item remains in its original, unopened factory shrink-wrap. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
3.2 Damaged Goods & Cosmetic Wear: Items functionally damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Please note that minor cosmetic wear incurred during transit (such as cracked jewel cases or slightly bent sleeve corners) does not constitute a defect and is not eligible for a refund.
3.3 Shipping Liability & Delays: Handling times for direct fulfillment may vary according to the Artist’s touring and recording schedule. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, logistics, or customs clearance. Delays in transit do not entitle the customer to a refund or order cancellation.
4. Shipping and Handling
4.1 Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4.2 Return Freight: The cost of return shipping for eligible physical formats is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
4.3 Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If a package is returned or abandoned due to the customer’s refusal to pay these fees, no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
